You can give to AZ RAIN Rescue in your will or during your lifetime by creating a gift through your will, trust, or alternate plan.
A will gives you peace of mind knowing that family and friends are cared for, your property is distributed pursuant to your instructions, and that your gift to AZ RAIN reflects your personal values. Gifts to charitable organizations like AZ RAIN are excluded from estate tax.
A trust is created by the owner (also called a “settlor,” “trustor,” or “grantor”) transfers property to a trustee. The trustee holds that property for the trust’s beneficiaries. In this case, a beneficiary would be AZ RAIN. With a revocable trust, your assets remain in your control during your lifetime, and you can change your bequest (gift) if your circumstances change. With a trust, you’ll know that your bequest will support AZ RAIN in the way you intended.
In addition to a specific bequest or gift in your will, or creating a trust with AZ RAIN as a beneficiary, there are other ways to help AZ RAIN via your financial and estate planning:
- Retirement Plan Assets
- Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds
- Life Insurance
- Real Estate
